How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier service.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Can I exchange an item?
If you need a different size or style, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time we receive your request.
Are any items final sale?
For hygiene and clearance reasons, some items may be marked final sale and cannot be returned. Any exclusions will be noted on the product page.
